How will my ice cream be delivered?

We ship your ice cream via UPS. The package arriving with your order will contain dry ice. Warning: Do NOT touch dry ice with bear hands; otherwise, dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container. Immediately upon receipt please get ice cream into a freezer.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive an order, it will be processed and package will be picked by UPS. All shipments are based on the shipping address and will leave our plant on Mondays or Tuesdays to allow ground shipping transit to happen during business days.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your address, order number and order total within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Can I change my order once it has shipped?

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once a package has been shipped, the address can not be altered.

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has shipped.

How long takes my order to arrive?

It depends on your location and the shipping services chosen for your deliver. We work with UPS for delivery and provide the following options:

  • One-day UPS Ground delivery – (not available in all locations)
  • Two-day UPS Ground delivery –  (not available in all locations)
  • Three-day UPS Ground delivery –  (not available in all locations)
  • UPS Next Day Air delivery (calculation based on location)

What happen if my ice cream does not arrive frozen?

If your ice cream arrives melted, we will reship your ice cream for the next regular business day delivery or issue you a 100% refund.
